These pages are provided to fill the gap information sources provided by Tracing Your Ancestors in Warwickshire (TYAIW). The information for TYAIB has been compiled by the late Michael Brittain, past secretary of the BMSGH. I would be grateful for details of any additional sources and of any amendments to these pages. The area covered is that of metropolitan Birmingham as it is at the start of the 21st century. Many parts of the city were outside of the city boundaries in the 19th and early 20th centuries but have been included for completness.
