The following missed the next Magazine ..... 7th September 2011 : The Peplow Memorial Lecture for this year is on Heraldry entitled "A new heraldry for a new age" The Speaker is The Richmond Herald College of Arms. The paper looks at two historical phases when heraldry adapted itself to the expectations or perceptions of a new class or character of client, and concludes with a brief, comparative look at the current situation. A version of this lecture was delivered to the Heraldry Society in London on 18 May 2011.
