The Library is ONLY AVAILABLE during meetings, and that the Librarian is only present at the research evening


Both Members and Visitors are free to consult the books and documents during meetings.


Before consulting a book or document please make sure you have a Library Card from the Librarians filled in with your name and Membership number, or name and address if you are a visitor.


All Books are filed numerically, but an Alphabetical list is available on these pages which indicates the book number.


To Consult a book during a meeting - Please find the book you require and give the Librarians your Library card on which they will record the file number of the book and keep the card until you return the document at the end of the meeting (or earlier) when it will be returned to you for further use.

Members only may borrow books until the next meeting

In this case please find the book your require and give it with your Library card to the Librarians who will record your membership number on the card index for the Book and return both book and ticket to you.


Please ensure that returned books are given to the Librarian so that your membership number can be cancelled in the card index
